• Working Location: West area - Pioneer
• Company transport Provided: Pioneer, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Clementi, CCK, Yew Tee, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Marsiling, Woodlands, Sembawang, Yishun, Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang, Pasir Ris and Tampines
   
• Working Hours: Rotating Shift AM: 8am-815pm PM 8pm-815am

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance & project execution of Water Utility System, Waste Water System, Sewerage System for the manufacturing plant.

• Perform daily mending of SCADA for UPW, WWTP & PCW system
• Perform daily water analysis for UPW, WWTP & PCW system
• Perform daily checking/inspection for equipment/system
• Perform daily operational consumables replenishment
• Perform daily scheduled/routine equipment maintenance
• Perform monthly samples submission for legal compliances
• Perform planning, excuting, controlling and closing for projects.
• Execute project installation, machine modifications and productivity improvements.
• Conduct operational training and maintenance guidance for new joined members.
• Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to suprvisor on time.
• Ensure compliance to ISO Operating Procedures with Safe Practices.
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Systems Include： Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) tanks & supply; Waste Water Treatment (WWT) tanks & discharge; Sewerage (SEW) drainage & discharge; Domestic/NEWater (WSS) tanks & supply; Process Cooling Water (PCW) tanks & supply; Process Waste Water (PWW) tanks & drainage.

Requirements:

• Experience in using SCADA system for process control; in Annual Plant Maintenance; in ISO/RBA audits; in NEA/PUB audits would be an advantage
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience 
• Computer literacy, Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment
• Singaporean Only
