Job description 

The candidate must have experience in the semiconductor field and preferably in the field of technologies development or alternative as Device engineering. 

• New technologies development


• New technology improvement by process optimization 


• knowledge of semiconductor devices


• Strong ability in Process flow creation and managing of DOE


• Ability to follow day by day diffusion lots during the prototype manufacturing 


• Parametric test control, EWS data analysis and correlations versus process DOE impact


• Fab production and manufacturing


• Attend to day-to-day technical reviews by face to face meeting or conf call 


• Cooperate with division, Fab & QA team and support them for activities like FAR, Processes optimization, products yield improvement and others


• Cooperation with different company departments and teams

Profile 

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent


• knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.


• Experience in bench and characterization is welcome


• Self-motivated
