SharePoint Application Specialist

For SharePoint Application related skill, shall have:

At least 3 years of application development and/or maintenance experience on SharePoint.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) customization with power automate and power apps.  He /she shall have experience in Power Platform development and integrations including building custom apps with Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, connecting Power Platform components with SPO.

The personnel shall have:

A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.

Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.

Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Have positive work attitude.

The scope of services include:

Analyzing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the Microsoft SharePoint system for the campus community.

Attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting.

Enhancement to existing system / new project development work.

Support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems.

Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.

Provision of monthly work progress report records.

Working with the other developers at the Polytechnic.
