SharePoint Project Lead (work from home) - Exciting Challenge

The Role:

This position is for a lead role which will be oversee the implementation of SharePoint projects working with both clients and internal technical staff to meet the project requirements. This role involves meeting with clients, analyzing requirements, and documenting deliverables based on SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. We are seeking individuals who have technical customer facing experience and experience working with SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate.

New hires will be provided advanced training in Synergy's best practice methodology and expected to ramp up quickly.

Note: This is NOT a management role. This is a technical role that will work with the project manager.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss and document business requirements
• Perform business process analysis 
• Oversee technical implementation of ongoing projects
• Prepare documentation on solution
• Provide progress updates to project manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years’ work experience in a technical role
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
