Shift Process Technician - West (Fresh Grad Welcome) - with Growth Opportunities

Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company in Singapore, seeking a Junior Process Technician to join our team. We are committed to safety, sustainability, and fostering the growth of emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

• Assist in operating and monitoring chemical manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and troubleshoot issues.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks on materials and products.
• Record and maintain data related to process parameters and quality metrics.

Safety and Learning:

• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job training and mentorship.
   

Qualifications:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  Passion for chemical processes and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and team collaboration.

Other info:

• 12 hours rotating shift
• 3 morning shifts, 2 off days , 2 night shifts, 3 off days
• Shift allowance + transport allowance + night shift allowance
• Basic + Gross salary can reach $3500 or more
