Ship agency Operations Executive/Boarding Officer

As Ship Agent/Boarding Officer, he/she will have to deliver CTM, documents, spares, co-ordinate with ship suppliers and crew, co-ordinate repairs, arrange delivery of spares, arrange supply of fresh water, book hotel accomodation for crew and superintendents, arrange land and sea transportation, apply PSA and Jurong pass for technicians and crew, etc.
Also reply promptly to emails and calls from ship master/crew and owner. Arrange in/out pilotage and MPA port clearance for vessel. Arrange crew clearance on vessel arrival and departure ICA clearance. 

Required to work at odd hours and under pressure/time deadline. As owners protective agent, he will need to minimise ship expenses and protect owners interest
