Job Description - SHIP BOARDING OFFICER

Minimum education bachelor's degree
Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience
Port Clearance & Compliance: Managing vessel pre-arrival, arrival, and departure formalities. Submitting declarations to Immigration, Sea Customs, and port authorities (such as the MPA in Singapore) to ensure compliance with local and international security regulations.
Vessel Husbandry: Coordinating services for the ship while at berth or anchorage. This includes arranging bunkering, fresh water supply, waste removal, repairs, and deliveries of spare parts and provisions.
Crew Management: Facilitating crew changes, processing immigration documentation, and handling medical visits or crew repatriation.
Cargo Operations: Monitoring the loading and unloading of cargo, verifying cargo documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting of goods onboard.
Liaison & Reporting: Serving as the key bridge between the ship’s Master (Captain), port authorities, service providers, and the shipping company's principals (shipowners or operators)
