Shipping Admin / Customer Service Officer (MNC / Entry Level / 5D)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documentation
• Co-ordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
• Provide quotations upon application
• Handle customer’s enquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least N/O level and above.
• Preferable 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Candidates with no experience can be considered as training provided.
