Shipping Admin (East | UP$2500+Bonuses | 5.5Days)- DC

Location: East - Changi North

Working hours: 830am - 530pm (Mon - Fri) / 830am - 1230pm (Sat)

Benefits: $1000 completion bonus after completing 1 year contract, 10 days AL, 14 days MC

• Conversion to Permanent Staff upon completion of 1 Year Contract

Job Scope

• Managing and checking on daily order send by customers.
• Manage and creating the order and generating the pick slip and perform system transaction in systems i.e. SAP, Oracle etc.
• Ensure all the orders are shipped on time and transaction are being done accurately.
• Ensure all orders are handover to warehouse for pick and pack.
• Liaise with internal and external team to ship the orders out on time.
• Perform daily shipment booking with the forwarders and preparing the AWB in courier services system.
• Prepare the necessary reports (daily activity, receiving and shipping)
• Follow up on internal and external customer's request promptly.
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is advantageous
• Knowledge in transaction systems i.e. SAP, Oracle is advantageous
• Meticulous and organized in handling daily orders
