Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday Friday, Office Hour

Good Remuneration Package

Job Responsibilities:

Create a new SAP Master for customer, vendor, material & payment term before input SAP
Issue Sales order, send Purchase order acknowledgement & proforma invoice ( if necessary ) to customer
Issue Purchase order and send to vendors
Delivery follow up
Shipping arrangement with customer & vendors
MIGO incoming
Issue Delivery Note for delivery or FAC for service
Issue Tax invoice
Monthly report
Follow up on Payment
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the System Engineering Head

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in order and shipping processing
Knowledge of Letter of Credit, shipping incoterm is plus
Ms Office & SAP experience is preferred
