• 5.5 days Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 5.30pm ; 8.30am to 12.30pm)
• Company transport: Tampines MRT
• No experience required. Training provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and advice customer service on shipping methods 
• Assemble, gather and document for shipping and conform to Trade Regulatory
• Maintain and manage filing on all outgoing orders
• Respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues
• Assist Shipping Executive in Initiate and implement best practices in shipping processes
• Liaise with freight forwarders on Shipment Bookings
• Assist in liaising with customers service and freight forwarders on delivery and schedules
• Coordinate and liaise with CSR, overseas principal, overseas agents for export shipment
• Checking and verification of shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Preparation of booking confirmation, bills of lading, manifests etc
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent 
• No experience required. Training provided
