• Working Location: West – Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Crescent) 
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3500 + Transport Allowance SGD 200 + Variable bonus 
• Duration: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule shipments based on customer orders and required timelines.
• Negotiate terms with carriers and freight forwarders to secure freight bookings.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure shipments are timely and accurate, coordinating with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams as necessary.
• Prepare and process import/export permits and address any inquiries from the Singapore Customs officer.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to align trucking schedules with shipment deadlines to optimize free time.
• Generate and manage essential shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and shipping instructions, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and company policies.
• Track courier packages, promptly addressing any issues or delays that occur.
• Respond to shipment-related queries and feedback, resolve discrepancies, handle delays, and proactively troubleshoot shipping problems.
• Maintain and update administrative records related to shipments.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Having a strong understanding of import/export shipping procedures and documentation, familiarity with Incoterms, and a certificate from the customs competency test for Declarants will be highly advantageous.
