Responsibilities:

Handling shipping documents with suppliers and shipping line
Prepare sales and purchase contracts/ invoices
Monitor and coordinate with suppliers & buyers on shipment
Handling of Import and Export LC documentation
LC preparation and negotiation
Record and report shipment status
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

[Must]

At least 5 years working experience in relevant industries
Knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and L/C negotiation
Hands-on experience in L/C
