Shipping Coordinator (Sea Freight/Import/Export/Tradenet/Permit declaration) - Rapid Progression

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the permit declaration and transport documents required

· Responsible for handling ocean import/export documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders

· Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s enquiries are answered

· In charge of liaising with the company’s vendors/suppliers for import/export shipments

· In charge of the preparation of billing invoice and performing invoice verification when required

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline

· Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word

· Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in ocean freight operations in direct freight forwarding/logistics companies 

· Experience or knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration
