Shipping Coordinator (Warehouse/ Process Order/ West/ Up to $3,200)

Responsibilities

• Shipping Documentation – Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
• Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
• Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
• Communication – Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• Reporting – Perform operation management reports

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in logistic or any other related field 
• Candidate must have at least 1 years of logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation
