Shipping Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate both Air & Sea freight incoming & outgoing shipments
• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, COO, delivery orders and invoices, etc
• Arrange transport and Singapore Custom Permit declaration
• Keep customers update on cargo arrival and/or departure date
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliver of shipment

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding/Logistics field is referred.
• Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Able to work independently, customer oriented and highly motivated 
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Fast learner with positive attitude
• Abe to multi-task and work under pressure
• Those with more experience will be considered for a Senior Position
