Shipping Executive (Up $4000/Mon-Fri/Pandan Avenue) -OSY - Competitive Pay

Job Summary:

• Basic Up To $4000
• Mon - Fri
• 9am-6pm
• Pandan Avenue

Job Responsibilities:

• Loose Container Load (LCL)  / FCL (Full Container Load)  / Air bkg with forwarders
• Follow up with forwarders on vessel booking / flight details / Permits / BL / AWB
• Ensuring all shipments are pick up on time by forwarders
• Sending Pre-alert to COM & customer for KN & courier
• Printing of invoices for courier implants
• Issuing of COO & LC (if require) Update GST track in GOMS for drops ship & normal shipments
• Scanning of documents (BL/AWB/Permits/ Delivery order) and saving it in the shared folder
• AWB & invoices to be pasted on the box (FEDEX & DHL) and
• Weekly reporting to TGF on abnormalities at the end of each work day
