Shipping / Logistics Coordinator - Basic Up to $2800 5 days Ubi

Job Details:

• Manufacturing
• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Location: Ubi
• Basic up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve any order shipment discrepancies, while collaborating closely with the Production and Customer Service teams to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Organize and oversee the movement of inventory by coordinating the transfer of materials to and from the warehouse according to schedule.
• Maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels through regular cycle counts and efficient requisition processes, overseeing all aspects of receiving, storage, and supply security.
• Manage shipping and receiving documentation meticulously, tracking outstanding orders and invoices, and generating detailed monthly reports.

Pre-requisite:

• Min. 1 year of shipping and warehousing experience. 
• Proficient in Accpac/Sage 300.
