Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping inquiries from customers and responsible for shipment booking
• Communicate with customer, warehouse, and forwarder in day-to-day operations 
• Prepare packing list 
• Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet
• Reconcile any stock discrepancies
• Assist with order processing
• Collate and compute the monthly KPI report
• Knowledge and experience in SAP / WMS
