Shipping Specialist

Job Description

• Plan and arrange daily shipments, ensuring timely coordination with freight forwarders for bookings and deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to secure shipping schedules and ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation.
• Provide internal and external customers with pre-advised, complete shipping documentation.
• Oversee shipment processes for all machine models, including arranging crating, fumigation, and forklift services as required.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as shipping invoices, credit notes, packing lists, delivery orders, and certificates of origin.
• Package and dispatch spare parts to fulfill customer requirements based on marketing department requests.
• Manage all shipping activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining efficient documentation workflows.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping and logistics operations.
• Take on additional duties or responsibilities as assigned to support overall operations.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum educational qualification: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or N Level.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics.
• Eager to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
