JOB SUMMARY:
The Officer, Technical provides advanced technical drafting and coordination support for architectural projects. The role develops detailed drawings, performs constructability reviews and coordinates technical clarifications with consultants and contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare advanced technical drawings, sections and construction details.
• Coordinate technical details across trades to resolve conflicts.
• Assist with reviewing shop drawings and material submissions.
• Conduct site verification and support resolution of technical issues.
• Manage drawing registers, revisions and documentation workflows.
• Support architectural teams in tender and construction documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Architecture or related technical field.
• 3–6+ years of drafting or technical coordination experience.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM, with strong technical detailing knowledge.
• Good understanding of construction methods and regulatory requirements.
