Job Title: Siemens MES – Opcenter Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals with 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Siemens MES – Opcenter solutions for life sciences manufacturing, ensuring compliance, validation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Siemens MES – Opcenter modules in pharma manufacturing environments.
• Lead and support CSV (Computer System Validation) activities, including deviation handling, change control, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain operating plans and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with QA, Tech Control, and Document Control teams to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Utilize tools such as Kneat for validation and compliance documentation.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences projects.
• Proven expertise in MES (preferably Siemens Opcenter).
• Strong knowledge of CSV, deviation writing, and change control processes.
• Familiarity with Kneat or similar compliance tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
