Singapore Compliance Head, Global Asset Management

A leading investments firm is looking to hire Compliance Manager to report to Asia Chief Compliance Officer.

1. Preparing MAS filings for the entities
2. To manage the relationship with local regulatory bodies and auditors.
3. Assisting with the oversight and continuing the implementation of compliance programmes
4. Staff personal dealing in financial instruments.
5. Staff conflict of interest situations.
6. To provide compliance opinion/risk assessment on KYC files and PEP/Sanctions alerts requiring an intervention.

Bachelor with 10 to 15 years of regulatory compliance experience working inhouse at an asset management or compliance consulting.
