Singapore Head of Rewards

This premier payment technology company has clear growth plans and operates in fast growing digital sector. It is seeking to recruit a highly capable Head of Rewards.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Head of HR, you are responsible for driving the reward agenda in line with business strategy for Singapore. You will provide expertise, guidance, training and support in all areas of reward to business leaders and management team. You will design, develop and implement rewards policies, processes and plans, and align them with the business strategy. You will establish and maintain key stakeholders' relationships in order to ensure their engagement and sponsorship of the reward agenda.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you will have a proven track record working as a senior reward leader ideally in banking, payment or technology sector. With strong interpersonal and management skills, you will have the ability to influence and communicate at all levels within the organization, and proven experience in implementing change. Financial services experience is not a must.
