Singaporean ONLY QC Engineer (Electronics/North-East/IPC Knowledge)

Responsiblities:

1 Lead internal quality audits to assess the compliance of manufacturing processes with established quality standards and requirement
2 Facilitate process buyoff by collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate process changes or improvements before full-scale implementation
3 Identify areas for improvement and implement or follow up on corrective actions to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes
4 Maintain documentation of audit findings, system check and process buyoff outcomes
5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards
6 Provide support and preparation for external audit such as customer audit, ISO audit, by ensuring relevant documentation, records are readily available and up to date
7 Perform data analysis based on customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
8 To exercise safety and disciplinary control within own section
9 Regularly update and maintain documentation including ISO documents, Control Plan and Inspection Checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standard
10 Any other responsibilities as assigned by superior

Requirements: 

1. Only open for Singaporeans 
2. Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent
3. At least 2 years experience in a QA role in Electronics Manufacturing
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
5. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
8. Project management skills including the ability to plan, execute and monitor project activities
9. Excellent time management and organizational skills
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
11. Proficient in MS Office applications
12. Proficiency in statistical tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, Tableau, Python or similar for data analysis
13. Profiency in statistical concepts and analysis
14. Experience working with ISO 9001 Quality management system, including knowledge of its requirement and implementation best practices
15. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and techniques for analyzing process variability
16. Familiarity with QA tools and methodology such as 8D (Eight Disciplines) Methodology, Mistake Proofing (POKA YOKE), Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
17. Knowledge in hard disk media processes
