Site Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in all aspect such as project planning, coordination, resolve work issues, monitor and ensure projects complete safely on time, etc 

• Project planning, coordination and overseeing the progress of all works on site.

• Anticipating problems and solving problems.

• Integrating all project stakeholders, including client’s representatives and consultants, and addressing their needs.

• Monitor, coordinate, supervise work progress on site.

• Support Project Manager in the coordination of project activities.

•  Able to handle multiple tasks, work independently and under pressure.

• Experience in project coordination.

• To work amicably and professionally with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Assist in day to day requirement and any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering/Construction related certificate or relevant supervisory trade certificate.

• Min 1 - 2 years in similar position (Fresh graduates will be considered).

• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn, pleasant personality, humble, responsible, positive working attitude and hardworking.

• Flexible and able to performance multi-task effectively.

• Singaporean/PR are welcome.
