Site Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

• Position: Project Coordinator

• Location: Tai Seng

• Working hours: 5.5 days work week - Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm), Saturday (9.30am - 1.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Interior Design

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in project implementation

• Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised

• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work

• Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions

• Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and workers

• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications

• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• Candidate with Safety Management Officer Certificate (SMO) and Working at Height Certificate would be an advantage

• Good knowledge in interior fit-out and builder’s work and able to read as build drawings
