Degree / Diploma with 10 years' work experience in Singapore.

Site Supervisor

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Report to Construction Manager and Site Engineer
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirement conducted during site tests and inspections.

Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

Preparation of construction schedule, monitoring of production and subcontractor’s work progress.

Able to handle with technical method statement (Foundation & Diaphragm Wall).

Resolving of technical matters and geo-technical issues.

Submission of progress claims & variation order.

Cost control measures & wastage control.

Arrange work progress records.

Preparation & submission of relevant documents to contractors.

Attending of site progress meeting.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant studies.

More than 3 years working experience in Civil Engineering construction especially in foundation works.

Outdoor construction site working environment.

Site Supervisor

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Report to Construction Manager and Site Engineer
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirement conducted during site tests and inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Construction Industry
• Possess certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with positive attitude.

Site Coordinator (Construction)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor construction progress to meet projects deadlines as according to the schedule.

Attend site meetings and assist in providing site progress report.

Handles all documentation required for commencement of works and project close out.

Liaise with contractors, clients and relevant parties.

Able to coordinate well with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.

Site works inspection, planning and other site activities.

Requirements:

Independent, positive and willing to learn and grow with us.

At least 1 year (s) of working experience in site activities is preferred.

Able to work under pressure.
