Job Summary

As a Site Engineer, you will lead and supervise construction site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet specifications, safety standards, and schedules for successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction and renovation projects to meet project goals
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to facilitate project progress
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, site records, and progress updates for stakeholder communication
• Monitor project timelines and manpower deployment to ensure efficient and smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and construction details to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and quality standards on-site to maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in site meetings, project discussions, and coordination meetings with all relevant stakeholders
• Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control to optimize project delivery
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support project needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications for project documentation and design review
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications accurately
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage site activities and stakeholder interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of local construction practices and regulations to enhance project compliance
• Possession of Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence for site mobility
• Responsible and detail-oriented approach to managing site operations
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to guide teams and subcontractors
• Positive team player attitude to foster collaboration on-site
• Ability to handle site challenges and work effectively under pressure
• Commitment to project quality, safety, and timely completion

Working Hours

• Monday – Saturday, 8: 30am – 6:00pm

Salary $3,600 – $4,600
