Site Manager (Architecture / M&E)

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 building main contractor which has a strong construction portfolio in iconic complex projects. In view of recent project wins, they are looking for a Site Manager (Architecture / Interior Design) and Site Manager (M&E) to join the new project team.

Job Description:

• In charge of overall development, implementation, and completion of site operations within scheduled time, cost and quality
• Supervise and lead workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site work
• Monitor construction progress and provide status update for management reporting
• Manpower and resource productivity scheduling and planning

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Min 8-10 years of building construction experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
