Job Description
- Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules.
- Minimize the expenditures within given budget.
- Improve profit margin, and responsible to Profit and Loss (P & L).
- To look for more jobs & to show more sales and explore more business opportunities.
- Complete the project on time with no negative comments on Engineering service, safety & Quality areas.
- Maintain safety & Quality standards at site.
- Make the work environment a safe place to work for all the employees.
- Continuous improvement on workers welfare.
- Manage discipline at site.
- Maintain good relationship and communication with Client at all times.
- Maintain good dialogue with his co-workers.
- Monitor productivity and improve work output.
- Appraise the staff and workers work under you.
- Prepare & Submit project Quotation & Tender & Budgetary cost to Clients for review & approval.
- Attend project meeting with Client.
- Purchase Material thru IO.
- Organize & lead the project team for job commence, progress & completion of project.
- Attend regular Management Meeting.
- Do regular Auditing on safety & Quality aspects.
- Do regular Site Walk.
- Comply safety requirements by Client & MOM.
- Ensure all accidents and near misses are reported, however minor
- Action and close all customer complaints.
- Maintain good documentation for all jobs
- Promoting and upholding company performance standards and ideology (on time delivery, quality, continuous improvement, housekeeping & work ethic).
Requirements:-
- Degree in Engineering
- Must have experience in Mechanical and Piping Experience.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas petrochemical industry
- Independent, resourceful, diligent and good team player.
- Able to lead supervisors & workers to comply, fulfill projects requirements, meeting schedules.
- Expected to perform hands-on duties with acquired skills and knowledge.
