Site Manager, Construction - Residential/Commercial/Government - Immediate Start

Requirements: 

• Administer and guide construction initiatives from the planning to completion.
• Oversee site labor and various subcontracting teams.
• Work in partnership with design experts, structural engineers, and construction professionals.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, structural codes, and compliance standards.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including development, potential risks, and advantages to the Project Manager or Chief Construction Officer.
• Document any modifications in project specifications, scope of work, and design alterations.
• Address disruptions, emergencies, and complications promptly.
• Evaluate construction efficiency and timeline adherence, pinpoint underperformance causes, and recommend improvements to operational procedures.
• Uphold and champion the organization’s Safety Standards, cultivating a culture of safety within the company.
• Optimize material usage on-site to prevent waste and excess stock.
• Effectively manage the usage of company resources and rented equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Manage labor costs and overtime to maintain or reduce budgetary expenditures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Responsibilities: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4-6 years of experience in Managing Construction in Residential/Commercial/Government Projects. 
• In-depth knowledge of M&E works or Structural, Architectural. 
• Strong organizational process with keen attention to detail.
