Site Operations Engineer (AV) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Responds swiftly and efficiently to other client requests for A/V and video conferencing assistance.
• Making the initial phone and email contact with consumers, troubleshooting remotely, and recording the steps performed.
• Organizing ISDN and IP test calls with clients, starting an escalation and giving unanswered concerns to the service delivery manager, keeping track of the issue resolution process and service visits.
• Maintaining knowledge of the general configurations and operation of Audio/Video and Video Conference systems, taking part in ongoing training and certification programs.
• Ordering necessary parts, managing loan equipment, purchasing consumables, and dispatching engineers in accordance with the required SLA.

Requirements:

• Possess audiovisual, video conferencing, IT, network, Polycom/CISCO, and core voice operating expertise in a helpdesk setting.
• 3 years of experience in related field.
• Ability to take charge and take prompt action to restore services, as well as skilled in incident and issue management.
