About the Company:

The company started with civil engineering contracts and progressively expanded into addition and alteration, demolition, civil engineering, and general building works. The company has vast experience in construction of driving circuit for heavy vehicles, drainage and sewerage works, pipe laying and roadworks, as well as general building for both public and private projects.
 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and control.
• Assist in building and guiding project teams, providing direction, and support to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and regularly monitor progress.
• Assist in generating reports that outline project status, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Address conflicts and resolve issues within the project team.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problem areas, adjusting strategies as required.
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Undertake additional tasks and assignments as they arise.
   

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
• No experience candidate is welcomed to apply. 
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Have relevant on-site experience.
• Capable of writing and understanding engineering reports.
• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Can work effectively under pressure and take initiative.
