Site Service Engineer (Electrical Electronics Manufacturing) - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with the clients on after-sales service. 
• Manage all site maintenance related issues, troubleshooting, providing technical assistance for the clients and resolving technical issues. 
• Collaborate with the subcontractors in completion with the repair timetable. 
• Conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, providing support with the start-up low, medium voltages and variable speed drives.
• Carry out training for the client and users maximizing the functionality of the product. 
• Providing insights into engineering and factory for creating new and improving the current products. 
• Verify product application, controls, and documentation. 
• Assist the quality issues and product warranty claims. 
• Provide an update with the client’s complaints and create a report for the monthly failure analysis. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 
• At least 3-6 years working experience in the related industry. 
• Previous working experience in Technical Servicing. 
• Knowledgeable with Variable Speed Drives, Switchgear & Transformer. 
• Prior knowledge with the PLC is a plus. 
• Able to work independently,
