Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Engineer, the Site Supervisor is responsiblefor the supervision of site activities and coordination of works relating tostructural and metal works.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position is, and notlimited to, as follows:   

• Supervise daily site activities and operations to ensure work progresses as planned.
• Coordinate with main con and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues.
•  Inspect construction work toensure it adheres to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure safe lifting procedures and maintain goodhousekeeping in working area.
• Address any non-complianceissues promptly and implement corrective measures are implemented.
• Maintain documentation ofquality checks and site reports.       

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role in Singapore Metal and Structural works.
• Proficient in reading andinterpreting drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of constructionstandards, safety regulations, and quality management.
• WAH supervisor, BCSS
