Site Tunnel Engineer [MRT Tunnel Project / Up to $8,500]

Responsibilities

• Provide planning of tunnelling operation from safety, quality, and productivity viewpoint.
• Provide engineering supervision to bored tunnelling operation, including final ring selection and selection of key.
• Ensure the work is done in compliant with the protocol established for the project.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Report to Tunnel Manager / Deputy Tunnel Manager / Sr Tunnel Engineer.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years of TBM bored tunneling experience 
• Large diameter (over 10m dimeter) bored tunneling experience
• Hydro-Shield TBM experience (if applicable)
• Good knowledge in LTA requirements and experience in the LTA projects
• Good computer skill to fulfil the job functions (MS Office, AutoCad, etc.)
• Ability to work under compressed air
