Snr Accounts Executive (MNC, hybrid, up to 5k with avg 3-4 mth VB)

My client is a prominent shipping brokerage MNC seeking for a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee the daily operation, accounting of entities in charge, and performs the month end closing.

This role focuses on managing accounting operations for various international subsidiaries, ensuring accurate month-end closings, payroll processing, intercompany reconciliations, and tax compliance. Responsibilities also include handling payments, expense claims, managing cash requirements, and supporting audits. Additionally, the role assists with ad-hoc projects, financial filings, and operational tasks such as maintaining exchange rates in Navision and facilitating share sales and dividend processes.

Requirements 

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience in MNCs 
• Experience in Navision accounting system is a plus
• Familiar with multicurrency
• Proficient in Mandarin (will have to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders and handle mandarin documents from time to time)
