Our client, an Asia Excellence Award-winning L6 fire protection systems contractor with over three decades of expertise in Singapore’s building industry, is renowned for delivering comprehensive one-stop solutions. Their impressive portfolio spans diverse sectors, including Aviation, Commercial, Data Centre, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Residential projects.

To support their growing project, they are hiring a Senior/BIM Modeler for a 5-day work week across multiple locations, including their HQ in Northeast Singapore.

Job Description

• Serve as the key contributor in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed building drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings within established deadlines.
• Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Participate in client meetings to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum tertiary education with min 3 years of relevant experience 
• Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software & M&E Services knowledge is a MUST 
• Able to read & understand technical drawing and translate to concepts.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently 
• Experience in Fire protection systems is an Advantage. 
• Singaporean ONLY.
