Job Description - Snr Desktop Engineer â (West /Up to $3.2K /Immediate)

1 Year Renewable contract
Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30 am- 6 pm)
Proficiency in conversational Japanese language

Job Descriptions:

Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end user services

Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues

Comply to call/helpdesk management processes and procedures, ensuring escalation/closureare done per guideline expectations. Support of desktops, notebooks, printers and IT Accessories

Support of commonly use software such as Wins OS, Mac OS, MS Office, Antivirus, etc

Requirements

Min Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or related discipline

At least 3 years in related experience

Good communication skills

Proficiency in Japanese language is a MUST with JLPT passed.
