The role: The job holder is responsible for the smooth operations of the clinic, maintain good client relationships, provide leadership to ground level staffs and support the plans for clinic growth and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of the clinic
- Analyse clinic statistics, costs, and work towards profit margin
- Implement company policies and feedback to management on any ground issues
- Ensure service standards are adhered to by staff and doctors.
- Review and implement corrective and preventive actions should there be any discrepancies or lapses in operations or delivery of clinic services
- Recruit, orientate new staffs and develop training programmes for staff upgrading
- Supervise the ground staff, including the front line and backroom support services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
Skills & Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in healthcare settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and organizational skills
Working hours:
- Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
- Prepared to respond to operational matters after office hours
