Sales Associate

As part of the BA&SH team you will be expected to help develop the brand with dedication, enthusiasm, and elegance.

Main responsibilities

•Provide the highest level of customer service & the professional suggestions and complete the sales performance goals actively

•Treat customers politely and kindly, and continuously improve customer satisfaction with the

brand;

•Proficient in product knowledge, including product code, price, characteristics, and maintenance methods.

•Proficient in using the company's computer equipment such as POS systems, data collectors, printers, etc., and know how to use related software

•Carefully check the accounts of daily sales and inventory items

•Ensure the safety of goods and avoid theft and other losses

•Cooperate with the supervisor in the work inspection; Actively implement the work instructions

•Be able to complete the work tasks assigned by the superior during the specified working hours

•Have a good team spirit, can get along harmoniously with superiors and colleagues, and work together to ensure the success of the company.

Requirements

•Prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environment is an advantage

•Demonstrate outstanding customer service

•Be a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personality

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Be a WeChat, Little Red App and Instagram user would be a plus

•Be dynamic, proactive and a team player
