Job Description - SOC Analyst L2 (Urgent)

1 year contract
Salary commensurate with experiences

Job Description

Monitor SIEM alerts, perform triage and further analysis of escalated alerts when necessary

Highlights potential Security Incident or Events where applicable

Assist to design and implement standard operating procedures and protocols

Support in the development to fine-tune and enhance SOC systems

Manage and handle customerâs queries and change requests

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering and Information systems

Sound fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and operation systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)

Hands-on experience in SOC devices such as SIEM (Netwitness and Archer)

Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Windows administration, virtual machine, storage & backup system, network & security management
