Social Media and Communications Executive - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to be responsible of the organization's social media and communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

• Develop and manage channel-specific campaigns and content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Increase engagement through social media content
• Manage the social media calendar, and nurture  brand ambassadors to amplify the organization's presence
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and recommend creative iterations to optimize performance and meet business goals.
• Monitor social media conversations, trends, and analytics, and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide communications counsel to departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
• Act as the custodian of corporate identity and branding, including editorial oversight for collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, and digital media.
• Handle crisis communications, including participating in emergency preparedness exercises and developing communication strategies.
