Job Description/Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Management

• Create compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Manage and execute the daily operations of our social media platforms, covering platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and analyze market feedback and trends. Respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant elements into content creation.

2. Audience Growth and Engagement

• Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Regularly report key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Support other digital marketing activities as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any negative feedback or crisis situations on social media.
• Assist in managing the social media budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• At least 1 year of marketing/branding work experience, especially in social media marketing, and familiarity with current social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and ecommerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of popular social media platforms and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graphic design skills, familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content, such as advertising videos.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clients.
