Social Media Manager (MNC // Urgent) - Career Growth Potential

Our client, is a well established MNC in beauty industry looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Social Media Manager. 

• MNC, nearest MRT is Sixth Avenue MRT/Orchard MRT
• 5-day work week (10.30am to 7.30pm)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG / beauty or personal care industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead social content strategy and execution across social media channels (Instagram & TikTok) to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
• Initiate and oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, etc., aiming to maximize online visibility and achieve targeted results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and external vendors to develop and execute retail promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches.
• Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., social media, blog posts, newsletters).
• Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and consumer engagement activities.
• Identify and establish partnerships and engage local content creators through seeding and activation to generate reach, impressions, and engagement effectively.
• Develop strategic partnerships that advance brand and company objectives, overseeing the entire process from conception to execution and maintaining effective relationship management.
• Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content remains current and ahead of the curve on social media.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant fields
• Robust knowledge and proficiency in social and digital marketing, with prior experience in spearheading and managing social media campaigns.
• Experience in event management and knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG / beauty or personal care industry.
