Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are an e-commerce and software development company, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, drive traffic to our websites, and generate leads. You will work closely with our content creators, designers, and developers to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our business goals and brand identity.

Qualifications & experience

• Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with a proven track record of increasing followers and engagement.
• Capable of effectively planning content and managing social media marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills in English, capable of effective interactions with international partners.
• Familiar with social media platform (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in handling email communications and executing email marketing strategies.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and gathering necessary video/image materials for collaborations.
• Managing social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and publishing posts, engagement and responding to comments and messages
• Analyze changes and innovations in content and media trends on target market platforms and adjust strategic directions to continually expand and optimize content strategies.
• Expand brand publicity channels through business negotiations, establishing more content marketing channels.
• Manage website support email responses and conduct email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
