As a Social Worker in Family Services, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

Case Management

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and risks.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Provide ongoing case management, including regular follow-up, monitoring, and evaluation of client progress.
• Coordinate and refer clients to appropriate internal and external resources and support services.

Counseling And Support

• Provide counseling and emotional support to individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges.
• Facilitate group work and workshops to address specific client needs and promote personal growth.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and resilience.
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary.

Advocacy And Community Outreach

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services within the community.
• Collaborate with community agencies and stakeholders to enhance support networks for clients.
• Raise awareness of social issues and contribute to community education and prevention programs.
• Participate in community events and initiatives that promote the well-being of families and individuals.

Collaboration And Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, counselors, and other professionals.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated and holistic support for clients.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, progress notes, and statistical data.
• Prepare reports and assessments for internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
