MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE (Preferably Malay Speaking)

• Conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes

• Provide casework management for clients

• Conduct analysis, plans and implements programmes and services to meet client’s needs

· Review needs to plan and conduct group work to address issues of target groups

· Collaborate with other agencies to pool resources for clients

· Scan the environment and community need to develop community development initiatives

· Any other job tasks may be assigned, if needed
