Software and Application Manager (AI & Digital Solutions)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product & Technology Manager to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our digital products and AI-driven solutions. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring software quality and reliability, and leading innovation initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

• Develop and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, development, testing, and deployment to post-launch enhancement.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.

• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Software Quality & Performance

• Establish software quality standards, performance benchmarks, and technical governance.

• Monitor system health, application performance, and service reliability to achieve high system availability.

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous monitoring processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure software complies with industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and best practices.

AI Innovation & Proof of Concept (PoC)

• Lead AI transformation initiatives, including machine learning and Large Language Model (LLM) projects.

• Develop and manage Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions to validate emerging technologies and business opportunities.

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance products and operations.

• Conduct technical feasibility studies, security assessments, and risk evaluations for new initiatives.

Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional product and engineering teams.

• Establish operational processes and workflows to improve collaboration and productivity.

• Support product launches by working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Financial & Stakeholder Management

• Manage departmental budgets and resource planning.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners.

• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for product expansion and revenue growth.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership.

• Proven experience leading software development and digital product teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and system architecture.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• One (1) hour lunch break daily.

• Additional hours may be required based on business and operational needs.
